Providing Essentials and Extras for Foster Children in Need

Foster Kids Closet at MAC exists to support children entering foster care in our community. Many children arrive at their new homes with very little. Typically wearing the clothes on their backs, often carrying their belongings in trash bags. We believe every child deserves dignity, comfort, and a sense of belonging—right from the start.

That’s why we provide FREE essential items to foster families, social workers, and relative caregivers. Each child receives age-appropriate necessities.

We serve children of all ages—from newborns to teens—with compassion, confidentiality, and care.

Staple Items Include:

Clothing (new & gently used), shoes, pajamas, hygiene items, diapers & wipes, bedding, backpacks & school supplies and comfort items.

Foster Kids Closet: Giving Kids in Crisis What They Deserve

Beyond the basics, every child deserves a chance to belong, grow, and thrive.

Our long-term goal is to build a Foster Kids Fund to support extracurricular opportunities like:

Summer camps, Sports teams, Music or art lessons, School trips, Birthday celebrations

These experiences help foster children develop confidence, friendships, and lifelong skills. With community support, we can offer not just necessities—but normalcy and joy.
